How to refer a young person

Referrals can be made by parents and carers, schools, or local authorities.  Read our FAQs for local authorities, schools or parents, carers and home educators. If you would like to refer a young person complete the referral form below.

What happens next

Submit a referral form

Complete the online referral form with details about the young person and their current situation.

We get in touch

A member of our team will contact you to discuss the referral and answer any questions you may have.

Arrange a visit

We invite you and the young person to visit Roots4Learning so they can see the environment and meet the team.

Place confirmed

Once a place becomes available and the visit has taken place, we will confirm the start arrangements with you.
